It’s spring, there’s no water in the park… When will it be turned on?
The best we know is this, from Janis Taylor of the Park District:

water is on at coliseum park DFA, too.
the water is on in GBP today!
but not at Coliseum park DPFA…
No water in either Grant Bark Park or Coliseum Dog Run as of April 14th.
