2011 Gravel Replacement Fundraising Drive

The SLDogPAC will be replenishing the pea gravel in Grant Bark Park this spring.  The effort will be quite expensive – costs include Chicago Park District permit fees, costs for gravel, and costs to redistribute the gravel once it is delivered.

The Chicago Park District contributes nothing towards this improvement.

We will also be installing a mesh gravel barrier along the west-side fencing in order to prevent gravel from disappearing over the side and down on the train tracks.

So, we need your help.

We are instituting a focused fundraising drive to support this effort which we estimate will cost $3500.  We ask that park users consider donating specifically towards the gravel replacement costs (yes, even a couple of dollars will be appreciated!).

Your donation helps the DogPAC work to make the South Loop a dog friendly community. The South Loop DogPAC is an IRS 501(c)(3) organization.  Your contribution is fully tax deductible.
